what is required at time of booking?

All sessions require a non-refundable session fee at the time of booking.

What is the session fee and how much is it?

The session fee is $400 and it is for the session time, location fee if applicable, image editing, as well as your reveal and ordering session. The session fee does not include print or digital products. 

What is a reveal & Ordering session?

A reveal and ordering session is where you'll view your maternity photos for the first time, explore our artwork options, and choose your printed and digital products. Our reveal sessions are virtually for your convenience, and there is no minimum order. Our clients typically spend around $1000 on their images, however you can purchase as much or as little as you'd like.

What products do you offer?

We offer a variety of custom wall art, heirloom albums, and signature items that beautifully display your maternity photos. As our products are custom-made, we'll guide you through each one individually during your virtual reveal session and help you select the ones that best fit your style and preferences.

Do you offer sessions outside of Central Florida?

Yes! We love to travel and create beautiful memories in unique locations. If you have a special spot in mind or want to take advantage of one of our travel dates, please inquire about our availability. If we are already planning to be in your desired location, there are no additional travel fees.

What happens if we need to cancel or postpone? 

We recommend booking your maternity session at least 3-4 months in advance to secure your desired date and time.

Maternity sessions are best captured between 28 and 32 weeks of pregnancy so that you have a nice round belly but still feel comfortable. If you’re expecting twins / multiple children, we recommend your session binge scheduled between 20-25 weeks, depending on your unique circumstances.

Of course, if you are finding us closer to your due date, don’t hesitate to contact us. We can photograph maternity sessions up until the baby is born. However please note, if you're 37-40 weeks, we can't guarantee images will be ready prior to the baby being born.

How far in advance should we book our session?

Our session fee is nonrefundable, but we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

What happens if it's raining on the day of our Session?

This varies on the details of your session and preferences. Florida weather can be unpredictable, but we will work with you to ensure that your maternity session goes smoothly. If the probability of rain is 50% or higher, 3 hours prior to your session time, we will reschedule to a later date, find an indoor location, or embrace the rain and incorporate it into your session.

Am I able to include others in my session?

Absolutely! You can be photographed by yourself, with your significant other, your children, grandparents, etc. The more the merrier. We know this is a precious and exciting time in one’s life and it should be captured with your family and loved ones.

What should I wear for my maternity session?

Can we get a few sneak peEk images before our reveal?

Due to our team's post-production process, we are unable to offer sneak peeks before your reveal session. Our editors take around two weeks to complete your images to perfection, and we want to ensure that you receive the best quality product possible. If your images are ready sooner, we will reach out to you to see if you'd like to move your reveal session earlier.

Prior to your maternity session, we will discuss and plan all the details. You will have access to our client closet and go over styling the other family members included in the session. If you would prefer to purchase your own gown, we'll send you a list of recommendations that photograph beautifully.

How long does a maternity session take?

A maternity session is typically 1-2 hours, depending on your preferences and needs. We want to make sure we have enough time to capture all of your desired shots while keeping you comfortable throughout the session.
